Take metro M2 south: from Unirii to Piața Sudului is four stops, about ten minutes. By car it is a quarter of an hour outside rush hour.
Sector 4 is the south of Bucharest, from Unirii Square and Tineretului Park down to the road to Giurgiu. Berceni is its largest district, followed by Olteniței, Timpuri Noi and the Văcărești area, now a nature park. It is residential with few hotels, so most meetings here are incall rather than outcall.
Metro line M2 runs through it north to south: from Unirii you reach Piața Sudului in ten minutes. By car the centre is a quarter of an hour away outside rush hour.
If you are staying at a central hotel, Sector 4 usually means going to her rather than her coming to you: the big hotels are at Unirii and in the north. If you live in the south, in Berceni or along Olteniței, it is the shortest option and avoids crossing the centre. In the evening Calea Văcărești and Olteniței boulevard empty out after nine, so a ten-minute ride stays ten minutes.
